§ 9.4.34 MAINTENANCE.
   Inspections, tests and maintenance shall be recorded on forms approved by the Fire Chief and/or Director of Public Works. Completed forms shall be submitted to the Fire Chief and/or Director of Public Works within 15 days of the last recorded entry. Failure to submit completed forms as required shall constitute a rebuttable presumption that required inspections, tests and maintenance have not been performed.
