Plans shall be submitted to the Fire Chief for review to determine compliance with the applicable standards prior to the installation of private fire hydrants. The Chief and/or the Director of Public Works shall act upon such applications within 15 days of receipt thereof. Denials of such applications may be appealed to the Board of Appeals in accordance with the City of Medford Zoning Code.
