§ 9.3.02 CEMETERY BOARD.
   The Mayor of the City is hereby authorized and empowered to be a member of the Cemetery Board operating said cemetery to act with the chairman of the respective towns, as above set forth, as the Cemetery Board; and said Board shall make such rules and regulations as shall be necessary to operate said cemetery.
