§ 7.3.07 LOADING AND UNLOADING PASSENGERS FROM SCHOOL BUSES AT LOCATIONS IN THE CITY.
   (A)   No school bus operator shall load or unload passengers at locations in the City where there are no traffic signals and where such passengers must cross the street or highway before being loaded or after being unloaded without activating their flashing red warning light.

   (B)   The parking of vehicles between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., on school days, in front of the Medford Area Middle School for the purpose of loading and unloading passengers, shall be permitted on the west side of South Seventh Street and the north side of Clark Street. This authority is granted pursuant to the provisions of Wisconsin Statutes § 346.52(2).
