§ 7.3.04 STATE STATUTES REGULATING PARKING ADOPTED.
   (A)   Wisconsin Statutes § 346.505 is hereby adopted.
   (B)   The owner of a vehicle involved in a violation of this section shall be liable for the violation as provided in this chapter.
   (C)   The Police Department shall develop an appropriate form to be used by the Parking Enforcement Assistance Council to report violations in accordance with this section.
