(A) No person or motor vehicle owner shall park or permit a motor vehicle to be parked adjacent to a curb painted yellow on any street within the City.
(B) No person or motor vehicle owner shall park or permit a motor vehicle to be parked on any public street within the City between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. between the dates of November 1 and April 1 of any year.
(C) Any motor vehicle parked in violation of this section shall at the direction of a police officer be towed away and stored at the owner's expense if such vehicle inhibits snow removal in any manner, or blocks a private or public driveway.
