§ 7.1.31 NONCOMPLIANCE PROHIBITED.

No person shall operate or allow to be operated on any highway, street, City owned property, or alley within the City a vehicle that is not in conformity with the requirements of § 7.1.30 or the provisions of Wisconsin Statutes § 110.075 and Chapter 347, incorporated by reference in § 7.1.30 of this chapter.
