§ 7.1.18 DELIVERY OF FORFEITURES TO CLERK OF COURTS; OATH OF OFFICER.

Any officer accepting deposits or forfeited penalties under this chapter shall deliver them to the City treasury. Any officer authorized to accept deposits under Wisconsin Statutes § 345.26 or this chapter shall qualify by taking the oath prescribed by Wisconsin Statutes § 19.01.
