Hereafter, all block numbering shall be based on north/south and east/west quarter section lines where each quarter section line will begin a new block and each quarter section will evenly divide 200 numbers per quarter section. The numbering system will begin as follows:
(A) All numbers east of the line defined by Bauer Drive, a north-south road, will begin the 900 East block.
(B) All numbers south of the line defined by Gravel Road, an east-west road, will begin the 1400 South block.
(C) All numbers west of the line defined by Anderson Road (a.k.a. County Road Q), will begin the 1200 West block.
(D) All numbers north of the south quarter line of Sections 21, 22, and 23, Township 31 North, Range 1 East, will begin the 1200 North block.
