§ 5.6.31 NUMBERING NORTH AND SOUTH STREETS.
   All streets running north and south shall have as their dividing line Broadway Street, and all numbers running northerly from Broadway Street shall be designated as north and all numbers running southerly from Broadway Street shall be designated as south and shall have as their point of beginning Broadway Street.
