§ 5.4.34 REPORTS AND INSPECTION.
   A well abandonment report must be submitted by the well owner to the Department of Natural Resources on forms provided by that agency (available at the office of the Department of Public Works). The report shall be submitted immediately upon completion of the filling of the well. The filling must be observed by a representative of the City.
