§ 5.4.04 WATER LATERAL INSTALLATION CHARGE.

Every person or legal entity requiring the installation of an initial water service lateral to be installed from the main through the curb stop and box by the Water Utility shall install a minimum 1 inch copper service. The charge for this service will be the actual cost to the City.
