§ 5.4.02 PERMIT REQUIRED TO CONNECT TO WATER AND SEWER LINES.
   No person, firm, association, or corporation shall connect to the City water or sewer lines without first obtaining a permit from the Director of Public Works. Applications from the Director of Public Works for a permit to connect to the City water or sewer lines shall be made at least 3 days prior to the desired connection date.
