§ 5.2.61 OWNERSHIP OF RECYCLABLES AND SOLID WASTE.
   Recyclable materials and solid waste, upon placement at the curb, shall become the property of the hauler. Recyclable materials, upon collection by any permitted collector, shall become the property of the contractor.
