§ 5.2.56 PROVIDE SPACE FOR RECYCLING IN PUBLIC BUILDINGS.
   A person in the City owning or occupying a new building or a building that is remodeled or expanded by 50% or more in floor area, shall provide a designated area for the separation, temporary storage and collection of solid waste and recyclables either within or adjacent to the building.
