§ 5.2.52 NONDISPOSABLE MATERIALS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to place for disposal any of the following wastes: hazardous and toxic wastes, chemicals, explosives, flammable liquids, paint except dried-out latex, trees and stumps, carcasses, medical wastes (unless personal needles which shall be contained in cardboard to eliminate injury to collection personnel).
