§ 5.2.36 PURPOSE.
   The purpose of this subchapter is to promote recycling, composting, and resource recovery through the administration of an effective recycling program, as provided in Wisconsin Statutes § 287.11, and Dept. of Commerce-Industry, Labor & Human Relations Code Chapter NR 544.
