§ 5.2.01 REMOVAL OF SOLID WASTE.
   (A)   Unless collection of solid waste and rubbish is made or provided by the City, every such person shall remove such solid waste and rubbish from his premises not less than twice each month, or more often as required by other applicable law or regulation.
   (B)   No person, firm or corporation shall remove or carry away any solid waste, rubbish, or any matter or thing that has been dumped, placed or deposited on the City dumping grounds.
