Unless otherwise provided by State Statute, any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a Class C misdemeanor and, upon conviction, subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this Code. (1976 Code § 19-1-11; amd. 2016 Code)
