5-1-2: FIREARMS DISCHARGE PROHIBITED:

It shall be unlawful for any person to wilfully discharge any firearm of any description, or any device loaded with powder, within the limits of the town; provided, that this section shall not apply to authorized officials if said discharge of the firearm occurs while said officer is lawfully performing his duty.
