3-1-10: RECORDS MAINTAINED BY TOWN CLERK:
The town clerk shall keep a list of all licenses issued by him, stating the number, name and address of the applicant, kind of business, and amount paid, with such other information as may be considered necessary and proper. (1976 Code § 11-1-8)
