All licenses shall be due the first day of each calendar year and shall become delinquent if not paid by February 1 of each year. Licenses shall date from January 1 of each year and shall expire on December 31 of each year. The proceeds of all licenses shall be remitted or payable to the town treasurer. (1976 Code § 11-1-3)
