3-1-1: LICENSE REQUIRED:
It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in or carry on any business, trade, profession or calling within the town, for the transaction or carrying on of which a license is required, without first taking out or procuring the license required for such business, trade, profession or calling. (1976 Code § 11-1-1)
