The town council shall have the power to interpret the provisions of this title. The interpretations shall be consistent with the rules of construction in section 10-1-4 of this chapter, with the rules of statutory construction, with the rules of conflicting provisions in section 10-1-5 of this chapter, and shall be consistent over time until changed, in writing, by the town council. Such interpretations shall be entitled the weight accorded to administrative interpretations by the courts. (Ord. 04-2017, 4-6-2017)
