10-1-2: SCOPE AND APPLICATION:
The provisions of this title apply to all land and uses of land within the town, and may be amended from time to time. A lot annexed and zoned that does not meet the minimum lot standards of this title, may be used notwithstanding such requirements, if such lot was validly created. (Ord. 04-2017, 4-6-2017)
