A. Application Required: Any person desiring to erect any structure within the town must file a written application to the town, which can be obtained at the town office.
B. Review: The application shall be reviewed by the mayor and presented to the town council for approval. Once approved, the plans shall be submitted to and reviewed by an engineer approved by the town for compliance with building codes and regulations. Upon completion and approval of that review, the building permit shall be issued. (2016 Code)
