9-1-1: BUILDING PERMIT REQUIRED:
It shall be unlawful for any person to construct, erect, enlarge, alter, repair, improve, move or demolish any building or structure within the corporate limits of the town without first obtaining a separate building permit for each building or structure from the town. (1976 Code § 3-1-2; amd. 2016 Code)
