(A) For each county employee, a personnel file shall be maintained in the office of the County Judge or such other office as designated by the Judge Executive.
(B) The file shall include, but not be limited to:
(1) The employee’s name;
(2) The title of his or her position;
(3) The department or office to which he or she is assigned;
(4) Salary;
(5) Past changes in his or her status as a county employee;
(6) Additional information deemed relevant or required by this chapter;
(7) Employee’s application for employment; and
(8) Performance reviews.
