§ 32.24 LEGAL COUNSEL.
   Each case before the Board shall be presented by an attorney selected by the county or by the code enforcement officer for the county. If the Board determines that it needs the County Attorney present at the hearing, the County Attorney may either be counsel to the Board or may present cases before the Board, but in no case shall the County Attorney serve in both capacities.
