(A) Beginning the first day of employment, all new employees shall report to an office designated by the County Judge to supply any information needed to complete personnel records, execute payroll withholding authorization and enroll in the employee benefit program.
(B) It shall be the obligation of the employee to maintain current information by notifying the Treasurer of all changes in personal or family status, home address, telephone number or any other changes which would affect payroll withholding or employee benefits.
