(A) There is hereby created, pursuant to KRS 65.8801 to KRS 65.8839, a Code Enforcement Board, which shall be composed of nine members, all of whom shall be residents of the county for a period of at least one year prior to their appointment to the Code Enforcement Board, and shall reside in the county throughout their term of office.
(B) A violation of this subchapter shall constitute a civil offense. The maximum civil fine may be imposed for each violation as set forth herein below. Likewise, the specific fine, of less than the maximum civil fine, which will be imposed for each offense of the person charged does not contest the citation is also set forth herein below.
