The purpose of this subchapter is to establish the procedure that shall be followed by the developer and the Planning Commission in preparing, reviewing and approving all subdivision plats (except for minor subdivision plats for which different procedures or requirements are established in §§ 152.020 through 152.022 of this chapter).
