§ 115.16 REMOVAL OF FACILITIES.
   At the end of the term of the non-exclusive franchise granted to the company or upon its termination prior to the end of its specified term, the company, upon the request of the county and at the company’s expense, shall remove such facilities from all public property. Upon termination of service to any subscriber, the company shall promptly remove all its facilities and equipment from the premises of each subscriber upon his or her written request at no cost to the subscriber.
