In the event the laws of the United States (including, without limitation, the Cable Communications Policy Act of 1984), being 47 U.S.C. §§ 521 et seq., or the commonwealth or rules and regulations or any agency of the United States or the commonwealth, whether presently in existence or hereinafter enacted or set in force, are in conflict with any provision(s), or portions thereof, of this chapter, those provision(s) (or portions thereof) of this chapter which are in conflict therewith shall be deemed amended so as to comply with said laws, rules and/or regulations.
