At any time occupied or open for business, all sexually-oriented businesses shall permit representatives of the county, including representatives of the Sheriff’s Department, Fire Department, Health Department or other county departments or agencies, to inspect the premises of a sexually- oriented business for the purpose of ensuring compliance with the law.
