§ 30.004 AMENDMENTS.
   The Fiscal Court shall review this chapter annually during the month of June and may, by a two-thirds’ majority of the entire Fiscal Court, amend this chapter at that time. The County Judge may at other times prepare and submit amendments to this chapter for approval by the majority of the Fiscal Court.
