§ 30.003 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   COUNTY. McLean County, Kentucky, a governmental entity.
   COUNTY JUDGE EXECUTIVE. The County Judge.
   ELECTED OFFICIAL. Elected county officials other than the County Judge.
   FISCAL COURT. The county body vested with the legislative powers of the county.
