(A) Any user of hazardous substance, pollutants, contaminates or reportable quantities of petroleum products which are stored or anticipated to be stored in a railroad car, truck van, watercraft or vessel for more than 30 days shall notify the IDES Director of the type of material, its origin, destination and scheduled transfer date.
(B) The IDES Director shall arrange for an on-site inspection upon receiving proper notice and shall thereafter receive written verification weekly from a competent inspector designated by the user that the material has not breached its containment and thus resulted in an unauthorized or threatened release.
