§ 72.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is provided shall be subject to the terms of § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

(B) Any person receiving a citation for any parking violation in the county shall be deemed to have committed a violation and shall be fined in an amount not less than $20, nor more than $100, for each offense.
