§ 71.46 PERMIT REQUIRED.

(A) No person or persons shall engage in, participate in, aid, form or start any parade unless a parade permit has been obtained from the County Fiscal Court or any authorized county official.

(B) This subchapter shall not apply to:

(1) Funeral processions; or

(2) A governmental agency acting within the scope of its functions.
