(A) Upon payment of the license fee, a license and motor vehicle sticker shall be issued by the County Court Clerk for each motor vehicle required to be licensed under the provisions of this subchapter.
(B) The license and motor vehicle sticker shall be effective for one year, or until the license is to be renewed, commencing with the calendar date of state motor vehicle registration.
