§ 50.30 ANNUAL FEE FOR COLLECTING OR TRANSPORTING SOLID WASTE.

   (A)   The permit may be renewed upon payment of the fee as required herein if the business has not modified, the collection vehicles meet the requirements of § 50.04 of this chapter, and the renewal is approved by the Director.

   (B)   If modifications have been made, the applicant shall reapply for a permit as set forth in §§ 50.27 and 50.28 of this chapter. No permits authorized by this chapter shall be transferable from company to company or person to person.
