§ 50.07 DISPOSAL OF SOLID WASTE.

(A) Disposal sites. All solid waste, including bulky waste, shall be disposed of within a sanitary landfill having a valid permit issued by the Cabinet in compliance with KRS 224.43-010, 224.40-100, 224.40-310 and this chapter.

(B) Hazardous waste. As defined within this chapter, hazardous waste will require special handling and shall be disposed of only in a manner authorized by state and/or federal regulations.
