§ 50.06 TRANSPORTATION OF SOLID WASTE.

Collection vehicle standards. All transportation vehicles shall be maintained in a safe, clean and sanitary condition. They shall be so constructed, maintained and operated as to prevent spillage of solid waste therefrom. They shall be cleaned as often as necessary to prevent nuisance and insect breeding. They shall be maintained in good repair.
