(A) Open burning. Open burning of solid waste, hazardous waste or bulky waste is prohibited.
(B) Open dumping. Open dumping of solid waste, including bulky waste, on all lands (i.e., roadsides, hollows, rivers, streams, lakes and the like) by any person is prohibited by KRS 224.835 and this chapter.
(C) Disposal sites. All solid waste, including bulky waste, shall be disposed of within a sanitary landfill having a valid permit issued by the Cabinet in compliance with KRS 224.43-010, 224.40-100 and 224.40-310 and this chapter.
(D) Hazardous waste. As defined within this chapter, hazardous waste will require special handling and shall be disposed of only in a manner authorized by state and/or federal regulations.
