§ 31.57 EXPENSES OF THE BOARD OF ETHICS.
   (A)   All agencies participating in the interlocal agreement in adopting this chapter shall jointly provide for the actual expenses of the Board of Ethics. Each agency shall contribute an amount not to exceed $100 per year.
   (B)   Upon receipt of notification by the Board of Ethics that said funds are needed in a particular fiscal year, amounts in addition to said $100 may be requested by the Board of Ethics, but contributions and the amounts thereof must be approved by each governmental agency participating in the interlocal agreement.
   (C)   The participating agencies may, by separate agreement, provide for one or more of said agencies to directly pay expenses of the Board of Ethics and bill equal amounts to the remaining participating agencies.
