§ 31.56 ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICIAL.
   The County Court Clerk shall serve as the administrative official responsible for receiving, filing and maintaining all disclosure matters required under this chapter, together with the minutes and other records of the Board of Ethics. All such records shall be maintained as specified in this chapter or as required by the Board of Ethics, whichever is longer.
