The following classes of officers and employees of the county and county agencies shall file an annual statement of financial interests with the Board of Ethics:
(A) Elected county officials;
(B) Candidates for elected county office;
(C) Members of the County Planning and Zoning Commission and Board of Adjustment;
(D) Members of the Board of Ethics created by this chapter; and
(E) Non-elected officers and employees of the county or any county agency who are authorized to make purchases of materials or services, or award contracts, leases or agreements involving the expenditure of more than $500.
