§ 30.190 PROCEDURES FOR CREATION AND DISSOLUTION.
   (A)   A special district may be created in accordance with applicable statutory law, including KRS Ch. 65A.
   (B)   A special district may be combined with another district or dissolved in accordance with KRS Ch. 65A, KRS Ch. 67 or other applicable provision.
