§ 30.127 COMMUNICATION.
   (A)   Communicating the drug-free workplace policy to both supervisors and employees is critical to its success. To ensure all employees are aware of their role in supporting the CFC’s drug-free workplace program:
      (1)   All employees will receive a written copy of the policy;
      (2)   The policy will be reviewed in orientation sessions with new employees;
      (3)   The policy and assistance programs will be reviewed at safety meetings; and
      (4)   Every supervisor will receive training to help him/her recognize and manage employees with alcohol and other drug problems.
   (B)   Note: the County Fiscal Court may change, modify, amend or rescind any part of this policy at any time that deals with the actual administration of the policy itself. However, changes may not be made to the policy that would circumvent any requirements associated with 803 KAR 25:280.
